How does billing work for me if I live in an apartment or condo?
In a multi-family community set-up, each individual resident selects their own programming package and would receive a bill directly from DISH. If a Property Owner decides to pursue our Bulk Programming option, the property owner would receive one bill for all of the bulk programming delivered to the property.
How do I disconnect my service?
As soon as you decide to disconnect your service, call us at 800-454-0843 to avoid continued billing. Once your service is terminated, DISH will send a pre-paid UPS package to return your receiver to us. DO NOT leave equipment in your unit or with your property manager.
Where do I submit an RFP (Request for Proposal) for DISH Programming and Installation?

Does my landlord have to get involved if my neighbors and I want to set up our own individual accounts?
The property owner of a multi-family community must be involved in the signing of the contract and approval of wiring infrastructure necessary to serve its residents. Our program is designed to satisfy Property Owners and Residents alike, by providing a Direct Broadcast Satellite (signal) through a shared dish antenna.
My service has been disconnected due to non-payment. What do I do?
If your service has been disconnected, call us at 800-454-0843 and we can take your credit card payment.
Can I get my Local Broadcast Networks?
(ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX).
Yes, local markets are served with DISH Business where available.
Can I put DISH in my hotel or motel?
Yes, DISH offers a wide variety of programming tailored to meet the specific needs of your guests.
Can I receive music through the system?
DISH offers over 30 channels of commercial-free music. This can be used for background music, on-hold music or for the entertainment of your guests.

DISH offers a variety of International programming packages tailored to meet your needs. Call us today to find out how we can help you.
How are FTG locations billed for DISH programming?
We bill for programming services in advance. Your first bill from DISH will reflect the first two months of your monthly programming cost. Thereafter, DISH will bill customers on a monthly basis according to the monthly programming packages you choose. Your monthly billing cycle is based on the date you activate service. This date cannot be changed. If your payment does not reach us by the date printed on your bill, we reserve the right to charge a late fee. If your bill is exceptionally late, we reserve the right to disconnect your service.

Does every room require its own receiver?
We can help design a system that fits your property, needs and budget. There are times when it is more advantageous to have a receiver in every room, but it is not necessary for DISH service.
